At Nexporta, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably across Canada.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

• Free tracked shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD
• Flat rate shipping of $9.99 CAD on orders under $100 CAD

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• British Columbia: 1 to 2 business days
• Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 2 to 4 business days
• Ontario and Quebec: 3 to 5 business days
• Atlantic Canada and Territories: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted Canadian carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and other regional delivery partners.

Carrier selection depends on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
